Rebecca is Director of Human Resources for Focused Wealth Management, with over 15 years of experience in multiple industries specializing in benefits and payroll administration, policy development and implementation, new hire orientation, employee training, labor relations and compliance, employee relations, and organizational development and adheres to confidentiality and privacy regulations.

She provides effective Human Resource Management by developing and implementing policies and services that will further enrich Focused Wealth Management’s mission and values for their employees.

Rebecca graduated from the Ancell School of Business at the University of Western Connecticut. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
