People often ask me what keeps me motivated after twenty-five years in asset management. The answer is simple: I am a student of the markets, and Mondays are absolutely my favorite day of the week.

My journey with Focused Wealth Management began in 1996 as a college intern. I’ve had the unique privilege of growing alongside this firm, helping to launch our RIA platform in 1999 when few people even knew what an RIA was. Since then, I have been honored to lead a team that has grown our assets under management from $20 million to over $2.25 billion.

Navigating the Storms

I view my role not just as a portfolio manager, but as a steward. I have stood by my clients through the Dot-com boom and bust, the tragedy of 9/11, the 2008 housing crisis, and the volatility of the COVID-19 bear market. These experiences have deepened my resolve to provide steady, seasoned leadership for high-net-worth individuals and non-profit organizations.

Leadership & Community

I am incredibly proud of the team of 20 professionals we have built here. My commitment to community goes beyond the portfolio; it extends to the revitalization of Newburgh, N.Y., where we restored the historic “Johnes Home”—a 37,000-square-foot landmark—as our headquarters.

Life Outside the Office

When I am not analyzing markets, I am likely pushing my limits for a cause. I’ve completed five NYC Marathons and a dozen half-marathons supporting the Michael J. Fox Foundation, and I am currently training with Project Purple for the 2026 NYC Half Marathon to raise funds and awareness for pancreatic cancer.

Otherwise, you can find me playing tennis at the Powelton Club, skiing the Dolomites with my daughters, or enjoying family time at a farm in the Tuscan countryside.
